Learning Designer & Developer
Knowledge Manager
Software Wiz | Wordsmith

I’ve spent over 7 years in SaaS figuring out how to make complex things click. My work spans learning experience design, knowledge management, technical writing, and enablement strategy, but the through line is always the same: take something overwhelming and build something people enjoy, remember, and can actually use.
My favorite part of the work is the lightbulb moment when something finally clicks for someone. That’s what drives every project, whether it’s a structured course, a help article, or something I’ve built myself. I care most about the person on the other end and whether what I made actually helps them.
I combine instructional design fundamentals with a practical, data-informed approach and genuine curiosity about what makes people learn and perform. That curiosity drives how I work and how I keep getting better at it.
I got here by a different route than most. I started in implementation and customer success, which means I’ve seen firsthand how people struggle with software in the real world. That perspective shapes everything I build. I work cross-functionally by nature, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to make sure learning and documentation actually reflect how people learn and work. My work doesn’t stop at design; I see every project through to the finished product.
